User Agreement

Last updated: March 6, 2026

This User Agreement (the Agreement) governs relations between the owner of anygram.io and its services (the Administration, Anygram) and the user of the website and services (the User). The website is not a mass media outlet. By using the website and services, the User agrees to this Agreement. A User who disagrees may not use the website or services.

1. Definitions

  • ‘Website’ means anygram.io and its subdomains.
  • ‘Service’ means Anygram tools and functionality, including the account dashboard, automation, integrations and digital product purchases.
  • ‘Account’ means the User's account in the Service.
  • ‘Internal Balance’ means an Account balance funded through payment systems to pay for licenses and goods.
  • ‘User Content’ means data added to the Service by the User, including text, settings and materials.
  • ‘Integrations/Bots’ means connected services and automations used by the User.
  • ‘User’ means a legally capable person or a legal entity's representative using the Service.

2. Subject of the Agreement

  • 2.1. The Administration provides access to the Service, digital goods and licenses under this Agreement.
  • 2.2. The Service is not a telecommunications operator. The User is responsible for using third-party platforms, such as Telegram, in accordance with their rules.
  • 2.3. The Administration may release updates and change functionality without the User's approval.
  • 2.4. The User understands and agrees that individual features, modules, automation scenarios, integrations and other Service capabilities may at any time be changed, restricted, temporarily unavailable, removed or expanded. This may result from changes to Telegram or other third-party platforms, their rules and restrictions, the technical relevance of scenarios, anti-spam and anti-abuse mechanisms, infrastructure conditions or other users' general use of the Service. Such changes do not in themselves constitute a Service defect, improper provision of services or grounds for a refund, unless expressly required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

3. Registration and Access

  • 3.1. Registration and creation of an Account are required for certain features.
  • 3.2. The User must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • 3.3. The User is responsible for keeping their login and password secure and must not share access with third parties.
  • 3.4. Anygram license and activation keys are supplied for the User's own use and may not be transferred, sold, exchanged, published or otherwise provided to third parties without the Administration's separate written consent.
  • 3.5. Actions performed through an Account are considered the User's actions.

4. Rights and Obligations of the User

  • 4.1. The User may search for and obtain information on the website and use the Service for personal or business purposes in compliance with law and this Agreement.
  • 4.2. The User must not disrupt the Service, attempt to circumvent technical restrictions or use automated scripts to extract data without the Administration's consent.
  • 4.3. The Service must not be used to post or transmit content that violates law or third-party rights, contains spam or malicious code, or breaches third-party platform rules, including Telegram API rules.
  • 4.4. The User must not attempt to hack the Service, Accounts, licensing mechanisms, activation keys, API, infrastructure, updates or other Anygram components, or reverse engineer, decompile, modify or circumvent technical restrictions, safeguards, limits, licensing or access controls.
  • 4.5. Without the Administration's separate written consent, the User must not directly or indirectly resell, sublicense, transfer, lend or otherwise provide third parties with access to the Service, API, API keys or individual features in an unchanged or insignificantly modified form. This includes wrapper/proxy APIs, white-label solutions, access panels or other services whose main value is Anygram functionality.
  • 4.6. For hacking attempts, circumvention of restrictions, interference with the Service, unauthorized access or other breaches specified in this Agreement, the Administration may immediately revoke or invalidate license and activation keys, block the Account, restrict Service access and terminate the license without refunding the paid but unused period, unless expressly required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.
  • 4.7. The User is responsible for the correctness of integration actions and content posted in the Service.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Administration

  • 5.1. The Administration may establish, amend or cancel Service rules at its discretion.
  • 5.2. The Administration may restrict or block the User's access for breaches of this Agreement or law.
  • 5.3. The Administration undertakes to maintain Service operation, except in cases of force majeure or third-party actions.
  • 5.4. The Administration may fully or partly suspend Service access, restrict functionality, revoke an activation or license key or terminate a license if the User breaches this Agreement, the Public Offer, Service rules, legal requirements or third-party rights. No refund is made for the paid but unused period in such cases unless expressly required by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

6. Payments and Internal Balance

  • 6.1. The internal balance is funded through the payment systems available on anygram.io.
  • 6.2. Licenses, subscriptions and other digital goods are paid for by deduction from the internal balance when the order is confirmed.
  • 6.3. Payment provider fees, where applicable, are paid by the User. Payment occurs when funds are credited to the internal balance.
  • 6.4. Refund and deduction terms are set out in the Public Offer and shown on payment and order pages. As a general rule, no refund is made after funding the internal balance, paying for a digital product, receiving an activation key, activating a license or obtaining access to functionality.
  • 6.5. As an exception, the Administration may at its discretion consider a refund if, within 24 hours of the license purchase, the software fails to start or cannot be used for its primary purpose for reasons attributable to the Administration, as confirmed by its investigation. After 24 hours from purchase, refunds on this basis are not available.
  • 6.6. This section does not restrict mandatory User rights expressly provided by applicable law where digital goods or services fail to conform to the contract, or where a refund, price reduction, remedy of defects or another remedy is required by law.
  • 6.7. Before the license expires, the User must independently export all data, accounts, settings and other items they need from the Service in good time. After expiration, the Administration may restrict or terminate access to the Service, associated data and export functions. Claims arising from the User's failure to export before expiration will not be satisfied.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • 7.1. The Administration is not responsible for third-party services or actions, including payment systems and external platforms.
  • 7.2. In cases of force majeure, including hostilities, emergencies, natural disasters and government decisions, the Administration does not guarantee the preservation of User Content or uninterrupted Service operation.
  • 7.3. The User bears the risk of losing access if they share credentials with third parties or breach security rules.
  • 7.4. The Administration is not liable for the User's lost profits or indirect losses.
  • 7.5. The Administration is not liable for bans, freezes, deletion, restrictions, loss of access or other adverse consequences affecting the User's Telegram accounts, bots, channels, chats, stories or other entities where caused by Telegram or other third parties, the User's violation of third-party platform rules or circumstances beyond the Administration's control.
  • 7.6. Claims for reimbursement of account costs, digital assets, lost profits or other losses associated with bans, freezes, deletion or restrictions on third-party platforms while using the Service will not be satisfied.

8. Confidentiality

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy at anygram.io/privacy. By using the Service, the User accepts that Policy.

9. Term and Amendments

  • 9.1. This Agreement takes effect when the User starts using the Service and remains in force indefinitely.
  • 9.2. The Administration may unilaterally amend this Agreement. The revised version is published at anygram.io/user-agreement and applies from publication unless otherwise stated.
  • 9.3. Continued use of the Service after amendments constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Agreement.
